Many of my clients come to therapy feeling crushed under the weight of cultural expectations, painful life transitions, or an emotional ache they can’t quite name. They may feel cut off from themselves — going through the motions, wondering why nothing feels like enough, or quietly carrying grief, anxiety, or trauma they’ve never felt safe enough to fully face. Some know something is wrong but can’t find the words. Others have spent so long pushing through that they’ve lost touch with who they even are underneath it all.

I take an integrative and creative approach, blending evidence-based therapies with expressive tools such as writing and art. Together, we explore both the emotional and physical layers of your experience, gently working through even the more complex or hard-to-face parts of your story. When it matters to you, we can also make space for questions of meaning, purpose, and spirituality.

Clients often describe our work together as transformative. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, truly understood, and capable of more than you may believe right now — so you can rebuild a foundation that is solidly yours, reconnect with who you are, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fully your own.

You’re a hard worker and a capable problem-solver, successful in many areas of life—but lately, you just can’t turn your mind off. You’re more negative than usual, especially toward yourself, and frustrated by everything that feels like it’s slipping.

Exhausted and overwhelmed, it’s hard to get out of bed. You’ve lost your sense of joy and purpose, struggling to keep up with the life you once managed with ease. Maybe life threw a curveball—a loss, a relationship challenge, or a crisis of faith—and now you find yourself stuck in anxiety, depression, or even feeling numb despite everything you’ve tried.

I work with high achievers who are tired of carrying it all alone. Using a compassionate, collaborative, and direct approach, I help clients step back, gain perspective, and develop practical strategies that are tailored to who they are. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface, while integrating emotional, psychological, and spiritual insight to create meaningful, sustainable change.

My clients begin to experience a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and peace. They reconnect with their energy, shift how they relate to themselves, and rediscover a sense of purpose and direction. Life feels lighter, more grounded, and aligned again.
